De roep van Amerikaanse scholieren om strengere wapenwetten in de VS wordt steeds luider. Ook wij, mea culpa foundation, roept op tot wereldwijde steun aan deze scholieren en hun ‘mars voor het leven’..

Het zal van deze jongeren moeten komen om de ‘shooting’, de massa afslachtingen op Amerikaanse scholen te voorkomen. De wapenhandel blijkt nog altijd effectief en je kunt met geld, gun money, de AR 15 een vol automatisch wapen waarmee deze laatste massacre is gepleegd makkelijk kopen in the USA. De overlevenden van de schietpartij in Parkland, de dodelijkste highschoolshooting in de Amerikaanse geschiedenis, roepen op tot een ‘mars voor ons leven‘ in Washington op 24 maart.

The call of American students for stricter weapon laws in the US is getting louder. We too, mea culpa foundation’ calls for global support for students’ ‘march for life’. These young people are no longer safe in schools, university’s / neighbourhoods to prevent the ‘shooting’, the mass slaughtering at American schools. The arms trade still appears to be effective and with money, gun money, the AR 15 an automatic weapon, one with which this last massacre was committed. Een voorbeeld zijn de jongeren in 1969-1970 met hun succesvolle actie tegen een Amerikaans-Deense wapenfabriek die granaat onderdelen maakte voor de oorlog in Vietnam. Het is weer tijd dat jongeren opstaan om hun verzet tegen geweld, oorlog, opnieuw onder de aandacht te brengen.
